Withdrawal / Return

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without having to inform us the reason why you want the products returned, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. In this case, you are only charged with the direct cost of returning the products. In the event that the reason for your return concerns a mistake of the company, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product, provided that the return has been made by the transport company Speedex.

To have the right of withdrawal, you are required to complete and send the special "return form" that is available on the website www.crabs.gr. You are required to send the product in the proper condition in which you received it, without having its packaging violated and confirming that the special labels of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail sales receipt at the same time of submitting the withdrawal statement contained in the "return form". The return will be accepted only by shipping by a transport company (courier) and only with the approval of the company.

In case of return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and on the way in which the return will take place, your refund will be completed within 8 working days from the date we receive the products. In case the reason for return concerns a mistake of the company, angelshoes.gr commits to re-send a courier to the address you have assigned to us for the receipt of the order at its own expense. In case the customer wishes to return his order without the fault of the company then the shipping costs will be at the customer is expense. Once the product leaves you, angelshoes.gr receives it within 1-2 working days for returns within Greece and via Speedex. In case you choose other transport companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. If you choose to send it via post office, we cannot it pick up. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail about how it is processed. After the return of the product, and if approved by the Company, the customer has full refund either by a corresponding deposit in his bank account, which he has filled in the return form that necessarily accompanies the returned goods, or otherwise in accordance with the above.

Replace / Change

The company is obliged to provide the right of replacement in case the product is considered defective. In case the customer wants to change the respective product, he is obliged to follow one of the ways below :

  • To proceed return to the company by a transport company (courier) and place a new order, the cost of return shall be at the customer is expense.
  • To proceed change at the company's store in Drama, without any charge. If the reason for the return is due to a mistake on the part of the company, the return cost shall be at the company is expense. Return Conditions

In order to return the purchased product (or products), the customer must ensure that:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which it was received, together with the retail sales receipt and including the special markings of the product (labels).
  • The product must be accompanied by the completed "Return Form" which it can be downloaded here.
  • The return of the product must take place strictly within the period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Order Cancellation Right

Our customers are entitled to cancel an order, under the very specific conditions below:

  • In case the online order (checkout) has not been completed, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button on your browser.
  • In case the online order (checkout) has been completed, please contact a representative of our company, in order to inform you further about the procedure to be followed. Your order may be canceled provided that it has not already been processed by the company.

No other order cancelation is permitted except for the above cases.

Note:

All products returned to CRABS stores and warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check your order at the time of delivery, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must contact the customer to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the replacement or return of the product in question. 

If you wish to return the products you purchased, you should contact a representative of the online store to inform you about the specific physical store where the return will be made.

Defective products

In addition to the above rights, the buyer, in case a product has a defect or lack of agreed quality, has all the rights under the existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale and consumer protection.
